TouchStar is a leading supplier of mobile com-puting solutions for fieldforce automation. Touch-Star is seeking an energetic member for our Professional Services Group.
The ideal candidate will:
*Provide technical expertise on our solutions and the industries we serve.
*Work with technical and non-technical end users and colleagues to gather and document requirements (client facingwork).
*Be responsible for development and refinement of technical definition and design documentation,technical and non-technical end-user documentation (user manuals, training guides, quick startguides, etc.), solution testplans, and other documentation related to software development and implementation.
*Serve as a liaison be-tween in-house software development resources and the project managers and consultants.
*Assist in the delivery process through development and configuration of standard installation templates.
*Some travel required.
Success will depend upon the following characteristics:
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills
*Strong technical skills
*Strong SQL abilities
*Impeccable organizational skills
*Strict attention to detail and procedures
*Ability to handle multiple projects at once
