Follow established Company software development guidelines and procedures Assist sales and other departments as an application resource. Other duties as required on an as needed basis. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Must be comfortable working in a fluid environment as well as handling a variety of assignments. Must have knowledge and experience in the following programming environments Delphi Borland C++ Builder C# Must have knowledge and experience with the following database systems Oracle Sybase MS Access Ability to process and format data from multiple sources including databases and files Experience designing effective User Interfaces Ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications Ability to learn and support new systems and applications Knowledge of database design methods and support utilities Knowledge of application development environments and related tools Technical writing skills including product documentation and proposals Effective Oral and Written communication skills, analytical ability and organizational skills Ability to travel to provide onsite services Ability to communicate and work with a team as well as efficiency in hitting deadlines Experience in the Electrical Utility industry, especially protective relays, is a plus Background Check and drug testing is required.
